ZS7 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

By accessing or using the ZS7 platform at zs7.app, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use ZS7.

These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and ZS7 regarding your use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreements, communications or understandings, whether oral or written. ZS7 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use ZS7 you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing ZS7 of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person when registering or placing wagers.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of any employee of ZS7 or its affiliates.
• You are not under self-exclusion at ZS7 or any other platform covered by a shared exclusion arrangement.
• You have not previously had a ZS7 account suspended or permanently closed due to a terms violation.

ZS7 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof that you meet the minimum age requirement, your account may be suspended and any winnings forfeited pending investigation.

Each player may hold only one active ZS7 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and funds being reviewed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details and any other information ZS7 requests during the registration process. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in account closure with forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for keeping your ZS7 account credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. ZS7 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including ZS7 support staff. ZS7 will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact ZS7 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account ownership cannot be transferred. You may not sell, gift or assign your ZS7 account to another person.

ZS7 may carry out identity verification at any stage — during registration, before processing a withdrawal or if unusual account activity is detected. You agree to provide the documents requested within the timeframe specified. Failure to verify your identity may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is complete.

All deposits on ZS7 are made and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ZS7 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfers processed in real time
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits reflecting within minutes
• Raast — instant interbank transfers via Pakistan's national payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct bank-to-bank transfers; processing times may vary
• Debit/Credit Cards — where supported by your issuing bank
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile wallet providers as listed on the Deposit page

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page before you confirm any transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to check current limits before initiating a deposit.

ZS7 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment account used to deposit must belong to you personally. Deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals — including family members — are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and the account being suspended.

ZS7 does not charge deposit fees on most methods, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. Always check with your provider before initiating a deposit. ZS7 cannot refund fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests on ZS7 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of your funds.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, identity verification must be completed. This typically involves submitting a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and confirming ownership of the payment account. ZS7 aims to make this process as straightforward as possible — documents can be submitted through your account panel.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as promptly as possible.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within a few hours of approval.
• Bank Transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Withdrawal page.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

ZS7 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if: the account has not completed identity verification; there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; the withdrawal would result in a negative real-money balance after bonus deductions; or the withdrawal is flagged by ZS7's risk management systems for further review. In all such cases, ZS7 will communicate the reason to the account holder as quickly as possible.

ZS7 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected slots, PSL match-day promotions and other seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are credited separately to your real-money balance. Real-money balance is used and withdrawn first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully completed.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Systematic wagering patterns designed to abuse bonus terms may result in bonus cancellation and, in serious cases, account suspension.
• ZS7 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited and wagering has commenced, existing players will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.

Any attempt to create multiple accounts in order to claim a bonus more than once will be treated as a terms violation. All bonuses claimed through duplicate accounts will be voided, and the accounts involved will be permanently closed with any balance reviewed under ZS7's fraud policy.

All game outcomes on ZS7 — including slot reels, Fish Game target generation, Bingo number draws and Cricket market settlement — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are designed to produce genuinely random, unpredictable results that cannot be influenced by ZS7, by game providers or by players.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published within the game information panel on the platform. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages across a large number of spins and do not guarantee any particular outcome within a single session.

• Game results displayed on your screen are final once the round has been completed and confirmed by the platform.
• In the event of a technical fault mid-round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to your account balance.
• Cricket market results are settled based on official match results. In the event of a match being abandoned, affected markets will be voided and stakes returned unless the official result has already been declared.
• Bingo draws are conducted through ZS7's automated draw system. Winning tickets are verified automatically and winnings credited immediately after the draw concludes.

ZS7 maintains detailed game logs for all sessions. These records are used to resolve any disputes about game outcomes. If you believe a game result was incorrect, contact support within 48 hours of the round in question, providing the game name, date, time and round reference if available.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ZS7. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of the account balance, at ZS7's sole discretion.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to interact with ZS7 games or the platform in a way not intended for human play.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Attempting to defraud ZS7 or other players through collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing or any other coordinated manipulation.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Making deposits through payment accounts that do not belong to you personally.
• Providing false personal information at registration or during identity verification.
• Opening multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses.
• Engaging in money laundering or using ZS7 to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening ZS7 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account or ZS7's backend systems without authorisation.

ZS7 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is entertaining, safe and sustainable for adults who choose to play. The platform includes a range of responsible gaming tools that are available to all account holders at no charge and without any penalty to their account standing.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap inside your account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased without a cooling-off period. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set number of minutes or hours. Awareness of session duration is one of the most practical tools for staying in control.

• ZS7 is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, provided that any wagers affected by a mid-round interruption are either completed correctly or voided with stakes returned.
• ZS7 is not responsible for losses caused by a player's failure to keep account credentials secure.
• ZS7 is not liable for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banks.
• ZS7's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

ZS7 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date shown at the top.
